The foundry factory of IKKD owns a green “V Process” production line which annual output is 500 tons. It mainly produces heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel production, especially kinds of heat-resistant tray and casting tools, wear-resistant scale board for industrial anneal ovens.
Main equipment: 500KG medium frequency furnace, 300 tons press machine, Q3730 shot blasting machine, high temperature box resistance furnace, MT inspection equipment and Japan Shimadzu optical spectrum analyzers.
IKKD uses optimizing designed casting system, reinforcing casting, strictly controlling vacuum degree during modeling and casting. The product has smooth surface, high quality and accurate size. It shows incomparable advantage in producing big and thin clathrate casting.
Main material quality of casting product: kinds of heat-resistant steel SCH11, SCH12, SCH13, SCH21, SCH22, stainless steel SCS13, SCS1T1 and high-chromium cast iron.
Main product: tray, frame, alloy ingot mold and kinds of casting tools for annealing.
